Hozzávalók:
1 hagyma
Olaj
2 gerezd fokhagyma
1 nagy sárgarépa
1 nagy fehérrépa
1 karalábé
Zöldborsó
Kb 2 liter alaplé
2 húsleves kocka
50 dkg darált hús
90 g nyers rizs
Só, bors
2 tojás
1 kis doboz tejföl
2 ek liszt
Lestyán – én tárkonnyal helyettesítettem
Citromlé
Kevés ecet – opcionális

I don’t know how it is, but I’m really bored of this weather already 😔 I know the rain in May is worth gold, but this much gold is more than enough 😄 A bowl of hot soup will help you get through it anyway ❤️
Ingredients:

1 large carrot
1 large turnip
1 kohlrabi
Green peas
About 2 liters of stock
2 broth cubes
50 dkg minced meat
90 g raw rice
Salt pepper
2 eggs
1 small box of sour cream
2 tablespoons of flour
Lestyán – I replaced it with tarragon
Lemon juice
A little vinegar – optional
