Tangzhong: 50 ml vĂ­z + 30 g liszt – ezt zselĂ©s ĂĄllagĂșra fƑzzĂŒk kb 30mp alatt, majd fĂ©lre tesszĂŒk hƱlni
Tészta:
Tangzhong
400 g liszt
200 ml langyos vĂ­z
2 ek cukor
10 g sĂł
20 g friss Ă©lesztƑ – 1/2 csomag
30 ml olaj
Töltelék:
Virsli, mustĂĄr, ketchup
Tetejére sajt

Az Ă©lesztƑt cukorral a vĂ­zben felfuttatjuk, majd az olaj kivĂ©telĂ©vel gyĂșrni kezdjĂŒk. A vĂ©gĂ©n az olajat is beledolgozzuk. 30 percig kelesztjĂŒk, összeĂĄllĂ­tjuk a videĂł alapjĂĄn, mĂ©g a sĂŒtƑ melegszik pihentetjĂŒk. SĂŒtĂ©s elƑtt vĂ­zzel kenjĂŒk, sajttal szĂłrjuk
