Tangzhong: 30g lisztet Ă©s 50 g vizet zselĂ©sre fĆzĂŒnk pĂĄr mĂĄsodperc alatt – kb 65 fokosra
400 g liszt
200 ml tej
2 g friss Ă©lesztĆ
2 ek cukor
1 ek sĂł
30 g olvasztott vaj
ĂlesztĆt felfuttatjuk a cukros tejben, közben kĂ©szĂtjĂŒk a Tangzhongot, majd a többi hozzĂĄvalĂłval összegyĂșrjuk. 1-2 ĂłrĂĄt kelesztjĂŒk, 8 db kiflit formĂĄzunk, majd airfryerben 190 fokon 15 perc alatt megsĂŒtjĂŒk. ElĆtte vĂzzel fĂșjjuk. FĂ©lidĆben forgatjuk.
Airfryer milk muffins đ„
Ingredients:
Tangzhong: boil 30g of flour and 50g of water into a jelly in a few seconds – to about 65 degrees
400 g of flour
200 ml of milk
2 g of fresh yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tbsp salt
30 g of melted butter
Stir the yeast in the sugared milk, while making the Tangzhong, then knead it with the other ingredients. Leave to rise for 1-2 hours, form 8 kiflits, then bake in an airfryer at 190 degrees for 15 minutes. Spray with water beforehand. Turn halfway through.
