Hozzávalók:
400 g liszt
3 dl langyos víz
8 ek olaj
Pici cukor
1/2 friss élesztő
10 g só
Élesztőt felfuttatjuk, többi hozzávalóval összegyúrjuk és duplájára kelesztjük. Formázás a videoban.
Feltét nekem: reszelt mozzarella, kukorica, feta, paradicsom
Sütési idő: 200 fokon kb 20 perc
