TejszĂn cukorral Ă©s habfixĂĄlĂłval kemĂ©ny habbĂĄ verjĂŒk, majd hozzĂĄadjuk a mascarponet Ă©s a Nutellat. HƱtĆbe tesszĂŒk. A muffinok közepĂ©be lyukat fĂșrunk Ă©s teszĂŒnk bele NutellĂĄt, majd erre nyomjuk a kĂ©met.

Ingredients 12 pcs
20 dkg flour
10 dkg of sugar
10 dkg of oil
1.8 dl of joghurt
2 eggs
Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Vanilla aroma
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Cream:
250 g of mascarpone
200 ml cold cream 30%
1 tsp foam fixer
10 dkg of sugar
2 tbsp Nutella
Beat the cream with sugar and foam fixer until stiff, then add the mascarpone and Nutella. Put it in the fridge. Drill a hole in the middle of the muffins and add Nutella, then press the cream on the cakes.
