Who else loves new potato season? 😍🌞 With fresh garlic and parsley, but it’s also divine as chips ❤️ It’s very easy to make, just cut it thin with the skin, toss it in olive oil and fry it until crispy at 215 degrees ❤️ It’s perfect with grilled meats – for me honey-mustard-soy chicken breast, for my husband flekken – but even on its own for dinner 😍
Tipp: just add salt after baking, so it will stay crispy
