HozzĂĄvalĂłk:
4 fej hagyma
2 gerezd fokhagyma
50 g vaj
2 ek olaj
3 ek barnacukor
1000 ml alaplĂ© – lehet leveskockĂĄbĂłl
3 ek liszt
Kb 100 ml tejszĂn

Az olajat Ă©s a vajat összeolvasztjuk, a cukrot megkaramellizĂĄljuk. Erre jön a hagyma, amit alaposan meg pĂĄrolunk Ă©s karamellizĂĄljuk. Ez kb 30 perc is lehet. EzutĂĄn hozzĂĄadjuk a lisztet Ă©s felöntjĂŒk az alaplĂ©vel, ha kell sĂłzzuk es borsozzuk. Kb 15 percig fĆzzĂŒk Ă©s a vĂ©gĂ©n tejszĂnt adunk hozzĂĄ. Sajtos pirĂtĂłssal tĂĄlaljuk.
French onion soup with cheese baguette đâ€ïž đ„đ§
As autumn approaches, I crave warm soups more and more, how about you? â€ïž
Ingredients:
4 onions
2 cloves of garlic
50 g of butter
2 tablespoons of oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
1000 ml stock – can be from soup cubes
3 tablespoons of flour
About 100 ml of cream
Salt pepper
Melt the oil and butter and caramelize the sugar. Next comes the onion, which is thoroughly steamed and caramelized. This can be about 30 minutes. Then add the flour and pour over the stock, salt and pepper if necessary. Cook for about 15 minutes and add cream at the end. Serve with cheese toast.
