Hozzávalók:
1 nagy répa reszelve
150 g liszt
150 g cukor
1 ek fahéj
Vanília por
2 tojás
75 ml olaj
75 ml tej
1 cs sütőpor
Mindent csak összekeverünk és 180 fokon sütőpapíros tepsiben kb 20-25 perc alatt megsütjük.
Tetejére:
250 g mascarpone

Extra juicy, quick cinnamon carrot cake 🥕
Ingredients:
1 large carrot, grated
150 g of flour
150 g of sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Vanilla powder
2 eggs
75 ml of oil
75 ml of milk
1 tsp baking powder
Mix everything together and bake at 180 degrees in a baking tray lined with baking paper for about 20-25 minutes.
On top:
