Apróra vágott sonka – kb 50g
Apróra vágott kaliforniai paprika – kb 1/3 paprika
Reszelt sajt – kb 100 g
Apróra vágott lilahagyma
Sütés: 180 fokon 30 perc

One of my favorite healthy dinners is stuffed zucchini, this is a faster version, takes about 40 minutes every evening, but it is mostly finished in the oven
Ingredients:
2 zucchini, cut in half and scraped
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tbsp light mayonnaise -without this it is keto
1 egg
Salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder @toldifuszer
Finely chopped ham – about 50g
Finely chopped bell pepper – about 1/3 of a pepper
Grated cheese – about 100 g
Finely chopped red onion
Baking: 180 degrees for 30 minutes
